1、裝修老舊、設備老舊、布椅很臟還有破洞；2、插座設計反人性，牆壁上的插座被桌子頂着幾乎擋住，根本無法使用；3、入住時要收200元按金，退房時説了會很快原路返回，結果退房9天了都還沒退按金，要打電話過去追問才給處理退了按金，要是不一直記着退按金的事肯定就是被坑了；4、這麼差的環境設施和服務，真是對不起這個價格，第一次住也是最後一次住。

設施：配備一般
衞生：好大煙味，樓上聲音，沒有地毯，樓上拖椅子，腳下發出很刺耳聲音
環境：整體算是乾淨，但是和第二點説的，體驗感很不好。
服務：感覺像是沒有服務，本地企業，對服務員沒有什麼培訓，網絡問題喊人處理半天。
九州是陽西老牌子了，算是門面酒店了，形象一直都有，希望提升一下品質。越來越好，畢竟價格也不低，和某也納某納斯價格都差不多。

設施陳舊，吹風機是壞的，吹出來的風一股臭味，枕頭裡的棉絮都是一團一團的，隔音也差的要死，這樣的酒店配不上他的價格

房間寬敞舒適，前台小姐服務態度不錯，酒店雖然有點舊但性價比還是比較高，周邊有很多沒食，交通也很方便，總的來説還是滿意的。

前台辦手續快速，上次入住，知道7-9樓是K拉OK會所，爸媽怕吵，讓小姐姐儘量安排個樓層高的房間，很爽快16樓的房間，晚上確實沒了上次吵雜的音樂🎶聲😀但不知道是運氣好，還是運氣不好，二次入住，同樓層都碰上有擺結婚酒席開的婚房，半夜接新娘👰的時候，還是一陣吵吵嚷嚷一陣子
九州算是陽西一家比較老牌的酒店，所以房間設施有些老舊，停車方便。

3.需要交按金，有點不滿意就會扣按金，投訴也沒用
