東苑的房間非常靠近海邊，去沙灘很方便，床和傢俱都是木頭的，就算有點年代了也不會感覺臟，但是停車場不是免費，酒店衹包出入一次，多次的話要自行付費，而且沙扒灣這邊的海水偏濁，不太乾淨，所以體驗感不是很好

房間很大，衞生也挺乾淨的,主要是離海邊近一下來就是海了，旁邊也有很多遊樂設施，適合孩子玩，下次再來還訂你家

酒店就在沙灘旁邊，下去玩水比較方便，不過水質一般。停車較方便，酒店可以免停車費。早上一大早沙灘的安全廣播不停的響。

房間整潔乾淨，經濟實惠。酒店位置正在沙扒灣景區中心位置，陽台能直接看到沙灘，五星好評。樓下有很多海鮮飯店，小吃街，出行十分方便。晚上還能看到摩天輪，景色優美，海風透過陽台吹進房間很舒服，空調都不用開。很滿意這次入住體現。
