房間乾淨舒適，服務態度好！停車方便，離海近。這個價位能住上無敵海景房，的確物有所值！沙扒灣海水很清激，沙灘乾淨。晚上再去抄扒鎮裡頭，逛逛夜市，買點乾貨，燒打生蠔，喝打啤酒！真寫意！值得推薦！

沒有入住，平台照樣扣款。4月初定的， 29號凌晨前免費取消，但廣東的天氣臨近五一時常有極端天氣，特別是五一前廣州周邊的龍捲風，雷電暴雨（可以查新聞），上下班都成問題，所以一直不敢決定出行。 29號早上向平台反應，回覆説不能退讓自己和酒店商討（用這個平台很久了，一直很信任，連暑假期間在X程定的酒店當晚去到都還幫忙協調取消），下午直接打給酒店，説要看能否租出去。待30號晚上，廣東的天氣大家可以網上查一下，出於家人的安全，我們決定還是不冒險出遊，微信酒店，説不能退還勸我們過去。直到五一結束， 廣州的天氣也一直不好，第一天梅州的高速就出了大事故（新聞有報道）， 新聞不停地通知 珠三角地區的暴雨及山洪災害預警，這樣的天氣試問攜老帶小的家庭如何保證安全的出行？？？沒有入住酒店也被扣費，實在不妥，而且五一期間酒店的房間還有很多，所以非常不好的平台體驗及對公寓酒店的失望。

空調壞的，洗澡的電熱水也漏水，衞生間一股黴味和無法去除的怪味，被子又薄又潮，我們住了四晚i沒人來打掃過，垃圾一直堆着，很差的一家旅店艾米要好好投資提升一下以對得起這個價格，對得起客户。
