訂的海景房，能看到大海，背後是山，景色可以。配備的東西都比較齊全，因為入住人少比較安靜，就是晚上海邊放煙花聲音有點大。房間灰塵大，感覺很久沒人入住，自己還要再擦一遍。

住房各方面都很滿意，有點小問題都過得去。31樓的海景真的很美，有點遺憾沒看到日出日落，這兩天都有雨下。另外有一點不好的就是附近吃飯的地方極少，都是去沙扒灣那邊吃。帶小朋友出來玩的，一定要帶好牛奶麪包，去的時候是週六，在沙扒灣一到飯點就塞的可怕，塞一兩個鍾都是常有的。建議平時過來或者自帶煮飯電器都挺不錯的。還有一點就是月亮灣的水比較乾淨，晚上去到沙扒灣都不敢去玩水，好幾處都可以看見廢水排海里。

服務：很順利的入住，管家及時聯繫，注意事項也及時告知，步行到海邊八分鐘
環境：高樓層海景，看的的舒服，兩房一廳空間足夠
衞生：民宿標準來説衞生是可以的

這個小區已經住過幾次，之前都覺得性價比高，但這次住的10棟3203體驗感很差，客廳沒有空調，衹有一把立扇，其中一間房的床是壞的，與管家溝通，説是已經沒有二室一廳的換了，衹能派人來修，修好都已經晚上11點左右了…

房間裝修很舊了，估計疫情三年都沒人住過，所有的水龍頭開的水都是黃色的銹水，開了幾分鐘才變正常。而且洗漱台水龍頭壞的，洗澡間的水龍頭壞的，陽台洗衣機的水龍頭也是壞的，廁所門壞的，洗浴間玻璃門也是合不上的，那張雙人床感覺就是彈簧上鋪床單，我這種睡慣棕櫚床墊的人都硌得慌。這些我都忍了，最無語的是房間很多德國小蠊，我在刷牙都有一衹爬上我的小腿，我嚇得拖鞋都飛出去。唯一的優點就是有一張一米五和一張一米二的床，夠一家三口睡。
