一家五口自駕揚州，看到這間民宿價位很低照片很美，專門查了小區訊息是新建小區，應該比較乾淨，沒想到房間裝修這麼漂亮，傢俱檔次高得不像做民宿的，中央空調，上萬的實木皮床，西門子洗衣機，博世熱水器，三星雙開門冰箱等，雖然到瘦西湖各景區都有半小時車程但對於自駕的人而言性價比依舊很高，小區臨近京華城商圈，吃喝玩樂一條龍，門口也有共享電動車，不到十分鐘就可以到，要外賣也方便，小區入住率不高，很多停車位免費的，隨便停，因為太舒服我們又多住了一天，很好的體驗，謝謝房東姐姐！

忘記拍照了，房間住的很舒適，衞生乾淨，屋子裡的設施也很齊全，洗衣服洗澡都很舒服方便，裝修和傢俱都是很有品質很有質感的那種，周圍也很安靜，適合休息。有兩個大房間，一個小房間，很適合家庭出遊一起住，停車也方便，直接停到地下停車場，電梯上樓。以後再過來揚州還住這家。

房東特別好，房間很乾凈敞亮，是個新小區，地下車庫直接上樓，不用停車費。小區離火車站和汽車站很近，晚上附近還有一個夜市，自駕的話去哪裡都很方便。下次有機會還會來住！一家人都很滿意。
