非常滿意，房間打掃非常乾淨，床品也是整潔舒適，插座等設施便利實用，來時走時都送了伴手禮，非常貼心。位置居中，離各個景點都很近，吃飯也很方便，酒店還給規劃了遊覽路線，非常適合親子，長者旅遊，下次還會考慮選擇這家酒店。

首次揚州之行非常暢快。千年古城的歷史厚重以外就是這家萬斐HOLA酒店提供的極佳服務，感受到了來自揚州的温暖與善意，令我十分流連這座城市。
酒店地理位置優越、價格滿足預期:
酒店距離地標建築文昌閣和四望亭極近，衹有幾百米，步行打卡很方便；離瘦西湖南門步行也非常近，臨近煙花三月過來非常舒適愜意。瘦西湖北門出來打不到車的話，公交車也很方便；東關街從綵衣街步行過去方便，東關街、東關古渡夜晚遊船打車回來也就一個起步價。
酒店房間及服務:
氣温回暖，酒店瘋漲的3月下旬，房間價格能夠公道，空間寬敞乾淨。5樓靠電梯口，或許也是頂樓的關係，夜晚可能有點響動，但不影響睡眠。
入住關注公眾號有攻略推薦，很周到。前台熱情體貼。尤其是這次我不小心將手機落在了網約車後座，焦急萬分，前台戴眼鏡的美女好心借我私人手機打電話，最終尋回。非常感謝。畢竟沒手機寸步難行吶！之後還貼心為我的需求安排了免費延遲些許時間退房的服務，為我的行程安排提供極大的便利！非常感謝她這兩天的貼心服務。因為這位美女，因為這家酒店的優越條件，下個月煙花三月正日子，工作安排到位的話，這家酒店將會是首選！誠心推薦大家訂購！

原本是預訂了兩晚，到了實地後簡直是天差地別，果斷把兩晚改成一晚。酒店位置確實很好，步行或者騎車都能到景點，但也僅限於這點好。當天我是晚上七點半左右辦的入住，進房間後第一個讓我很奇怪的地方是頂燈很暗，縱使我把所有燈開起來還是很暗，也不知道是壞了還是設計的；第二，床離衞生間非常近，衹有一把椅子的距離，衞生間的門是關不上的，我試了很多次關上還是有條空隙，感覺自己躺在衞生間一樣，好這點我也忍了；最讓我不舒服的是隔音，八點到十點，左邊房間和對面房間的一家長者一直在哄哭鬧小孩睡覺，房間哄完走到走廊哄，那聲音真的大呀，到了十點半基本安靜，我也終於睡著了，大概過了半小時，又被聲音吵醒了，右邊房間的人好像回來了，開始開燈，插充電頭，刷視頻，動作聲音聽的一清二楚，牆真的形同虛設，接着左邊房間的又開始哄小孩，這下好了，兩邊一起搞，完全睡不着了，整晚就睡了兩個小時。到了第二天早上六點多，突然有個人來敲門，從貓眼看是個長者，感覺像是旁邊房間的長者來敲門，可能是敲錯門了也沒理他，第一晚就這樣，怎麼吃得消住兩個晚上。我也累了不想去和前台説什麼，及時止損吧，第二天就離開了，這次就當我運氣不好吧。

酒店很細心，提前打電話詢問何時到店，停車可以停在四望亭路 路邊停車位。房間很大，而且打掃很乾凈，住起來很舒服。布草也很整潔。出門周圍就有很多店鋪，步行就能到東關街，瘦西湖體驗感很不錯。

設施：訂了兩個房間，另一個房間的淋浴水特別小，也不熱，最後都到一個房間洗的澡
衞生：發現房間毛巾上有毛髮，聯繫前台倒是很快更換了，不過阿姨還抱怨説這是沒有用過，衹是洗的時候沒洗乾淨，咱就是説洗乾淨不也是應該的嗎？
環境：離瘦西湖等景點都不遠，出行方便
服務：服務態度比較好，主動提供攻略
