(I think the service of the lady at the front desk is very poor. I couldn’t wash the facilities when I took a shower. Can’t I upgrade if there is no room of the same type? I had to struggle with what she said was a reasonable room with the same price. I was just not satisfied with that room and couldn’t accept it. Then he didn't check out and said he had checked in) In the end, we had a stalemate with the front desk at around 11 o'clock in the evening. After communicating with Ctrip, we paid the price difference ourselves to upgrade the room. The hotel was so rubbish that we changed the room for the second time. There is a problem! ! The hair dryer in the upgraded room shut off after 15 seconds. I blew my hair three times and had to wait for the hair dryer to turn on again. Once every 5 minutes, and then the air conditioner in the upgraded parent-child room was noisy at more than 50 decibels (but I didn’t want to bother anymore, so I thought about complaining on multiple platforms tomorrow). Finally, I was so tired that I wanted to take a shower quickly, and I had half of the shower gel and shampoo. The liquid was empty. I called and told them that I was halfway through the shower. I had to wait for almost 40 minutes to get a shower gel. Fortunately, I brought a small amount of shower gel for me to use at that time, so I washed the whole thing out first. The hotel makes me feel really angry. No matter how cheap it is, you can’t fool people like this, okay? Which front desk lady looks like she just woke up and has an impatient expression on her face during the whole communication? The process was as if I was disturbing his sleep. He had to call the front desk nearly ten times in one night because of too many problems. As consumers, we had to go back and forth twice. . I have never stayed in a hotel with such a bad attitude and unwillingness to communicate and solve the problem of facilities. The bathing facilities in Wenchangge are not broken in a small hotel that costs tens of dollars. If the room is not ready, why don’t you let others use it?

這是我在攜程遇到的最差的酒店，沒有之一，訂房的時候特意看了是可以帶寵物的，實際入住的時候卻索要五百元按金，態度非常不好，要我微信打錢給她個人微信，如果不是打電話給攜程客服差點無法解決，四星級酒店都沒有收取這麼高的寵物按金，最多一百元。房間裏面櫃子也是壞的，骯臟的，洗衣機很舊不敢用，怕越洗越臟，牆頭上還有黑色的印子，就這樣的還想收按金，要不是非常疲倦勉強住下了

就是一般的民宿，因為靠着會議的酒店，但是環境，衞生很一般，第二天已經換了另一家酒店。前台小姑娘還算比較熱情。忘記拍照了。
