Cleanliness: It’s terrible. There are underwear hanging on the shelf in the bathroom, and there are slippers worn by others under the bed.
The room is quite quiet and the hotel is in a shopping mall

【設施】裝修簡約，還帶洗衣機，對於我們這種出差人士來説很便捷，讓我感到驚喜的是，洗髮水洗完頭髮不乾澀，這點對於我來説還是蠻重要的。
【衞生】白色床品，整體衞生乾淨清爽
【服務】前台有一個白白凈凈的小男孩，服務太好了，熱情又不失專業，能找到這樣的員工真是太棒了。

房間內有前客户的垃圾，洗衣機也沒有清潔，過濾袋特別臟，設施一般般，服務很垃圾，空調也用不了，打電話給前台，前台也解決不了，態度也很差。

我們是九點半到的，一進門玄關處有一股非常刺激難聞的臭味。打電話給前台説保潔下班了並且房間滿了不能換房，沒有任何解決辦法然後在前台長達一分多鐘的沉默中掛掉了電話，最後就是我們忍着這股難聞的味道睡了一宿。牀頭櫃巨臟無比而且衣櫃裏面有不明字畫，讓人慎得慌哈。總之就是環境衞生差服務態度也差，有問題不給解決選擇沉默真的很難評哈。避雷避雷避雷

首先呢，從一開始剛進酒店説起吧。剛進來，初印象還是不錯呢，設施情況也比較齊全。初印象尚可。之後我在洗澡的過程中，發現花灑無法固定，甚至差點在我洗頭的時候砸到我的頭上。而且衞生間存在安全隱患，因為洗澡空間比較小，門縫會被我不小心碰開，而洗浴的玻璃門外面就有一台洗衣機，洗衣機上放着插着電的電吹風（我一進房間，吹風機就是插在上面的），極有可能因為我洗澡水噴灑出去產生安全風險。其次，我購買的是投影房，投影儀經過詢問前台打開了，但是房間遙控器無法使用並且投影儀噪音巨大，體驗極差。剛剛提到的一點，聯繫前台，我定的房間裏面固定電話的電話線都沒有，我還是通過攜程找到的前台電話，固定電話形同虛設。以上問題，讓我的住店體驗還是很差的。希望住店的朋友，遇到此類問題感覺聯繫前台換房，我主要是出差一天，第二天退房較早，草草休息了一晚。
