The hardware facilities are really lame, but the front desk lady and the cleaning lady are really enthusiastic. We arrived at 3 am, and the front desk made two phone calls to confirm; we didn't check the room in detail, but when we took a shower, we found that the conditioner bottle was empty, one toothpaste was new, and the other was opened; the next morning, there were children making noise in the corridor, and we realized that the hotel's sound insulation was really poor; in addition... I have stayed in so many hotels, and this is the first time I have encountered a cleaning lady knocking on the door and asking if we want to clean...
However, one good thing about the room service is that the front desk is efficient (although there are many complaints above, I got feedback quickly after calling the front desk)
