陳舊的設施和極差的衞生，水泥地面，床單陳舊。衞生間裏角角落都是污漬和垃圾，還有很多彎曲的毛髮。噁心至極，洗澡放半小時沒熱水，噴頭像前列線發炎一樣噴出細絲。跟前台反映了倒是人來換廷快，但是換上的一樣是壞的，第二天換房，稍微好點，衞生間衞生同樣差。

酒店性價比很低，地段好但衞生存在嚴重問題，避雷！！從來沒想過寫差評，但是真的要警戒大家，連着兩天早上四五點就醒，前一天還以為是自己問題，直到今天也是感覺渾身很癢，癢醒！感覺有蟲在臉上爬睡不着，用手能摸到，還以為是蚊子，看了點評才發現也有很多人反映衞生很差，估計是蟎蟲嚴重超標或者其他蟲，不是個人問題！請酒店引起重視。床單枕頭都有破洞，衞生間返臭嚴重。好評都是刷的。現在早起6點去找其他地方的鐘點房補覺！！真實經歷！

説是投影房，沒有電視信號，看到話需要自己手機投屏或者開通會員，根本就是個擺設，第一間房打不開投影是壞的，第二間房有信號但是調不了台，讓一個歲數大的保安來弄，根本不會，拿着一個遙控在那裡瞎按也沒弄出來，態度還極差，衞生條件也很差 看不出來打掃（看照片吧）一層土，實在是體驗太差了，本來訂了三晚，衹住了一晚第二天一早就換地方了，真的是這麼多年旅行住的最差的酒店了。

前台工作人員態度惡劣，明明攜程網上有房間，前台女服務員瞪眼講瞎話，説沒有房間，上十幾級台階才可以到電梯間，每一層出電梯均要走幾級台階才可以到走廊，衞生間的排風扇壞的！

地理位置很好，離文昌閣一步之遙，真正的市中心，門口的公交站車次很多，基本可以去任何景點。房間也不錯，無異味，滿意。
