1.前台交接有問題，我之前通過平台備註升級，結果到店發現訂單中無任何備註，前台小姐姐態度挺好的，還是立馬安排了升級。
2.晚上出去玩了回來，居然發現被子破了一個大洞。倒是不影響我使用。
3酒店在小區裏面，去東關街還是有點距離的，打車差不多起步價。

雖説2020年裝修，但是進去以後感覺設施比較陳舊，衞生間裏的污漬打掃吧乾淨的感覺，並且牙刷、拖鞋、香皂感覺都是質量最差的，很薄的感覺，完全匹配不上酒店的檔次，不知道四鑽怎麼評出來的，還不如快捷酒店的洗漱用品，整體裝修風格比較陳舊，昏暗。並且所謂的2.7米大床，是兩個單人床拼起來的，中間還高低不平，今天住了另一家快捷酒店，覺得自己昨天被坑了400多塊！下圖是另一個不足200元的快捷酒店的圖片。

酒店在一個大小區裏，交通還算便利，走路到東關街大約15分鐘，周邊吃早餐也很方便，房間設施還算比較新，旺季價格偏貴了

開始以為是四星級酒店，結果前台説這是四鑽酒店。介紹説是電動窗簾，結果真的是電動窗簾，衹是那個窗簾是非常小的上下卷布窗簾。可以看第2張圖片。淋浴間衞生還可以。稀少的水量也比較大。環境衞生設施感覺比較舊了。樓下的漢服租賃也比較陳舊，本來想租的，但看了這個款式就放棄了。早上送的早餐，種類比較少，估計是做長者旅行團，一大堆長者吃早飯非常鬧人。桌椅板凳也沒有設定膠墊，拖來拖去非常扎心。真希望能改正。
