入住體驗差，設施維護不到位入住這家酒店，本以為能享受一段舒適的旅程，沒想到卻遭遇了一系列糟心事，讓我對這家酒店的印象大打折扣。首先，衞生間的狀況令人堪憂。浴室噴頭壞了，擰開後水流後直接掉了下來，無法正常控制，導致水噴得到處都是，地上很快就積滿了水，整個空間變得濕漉漉的，不僅給我的行動帶來不便，還存在滑倒的安全隱患。我趕緊打電話給前台，工作人員説“滿房了，沒法換房間”，這讓我感到十分無奈。而且在查看情況後，他們還表示龍頭“修也修不好”，衹是簡單地拿了毛巾來吸水，這種敷衍的處理方式讓我感到非常不滿。難道酒店的設施壞了，就衹能讓客人自己忍受嗎？其次，衞生間的衞生狀況也讓人難以接受。水龍頭臟兮兮的，上面殘留着污漬和水垢，看起來很久沒有進行過徹底的清潔。馬桶的沖水功能也嚴重不足，每次沖水都沖不乾淨，水流又少又慢，使用起來非常不方便，這嚴重影響了我的使用體驗，讓我對酒店的衞生標準產生了質疑。在酒店住宿，良好的設施和清潔的環境是最基本的要求，但這家酒店卻在這些方面都做得差強人意。希望酒店能夠重視這些問題，不要衹在表面下功夫，加強設施的維護和衞生管理，提升服務質量，否則很難再吸引到像我這樣的客人。這次的入住經歷讓我感到非常失望，不推薦大家選擇這家酒店。

全國各地都去過，住過各種等級的酒店，從來就是給5星好評！這個雲天酒店是我遇到的唯一一個奇葩摳搜且服務質量極差的酒店，我們老兩口都是心血管病患者，想跟前台多要兩瓶水喝葯，前台小姐姐雖然給了，但把我們説了一頓，讓我們自己去隔壁超市買水，我們不知道隔壁有個超市啊！後來因為我們自己帶的一次性馬桶圈小了，想跟前台要一次性馬桶墊，前台居然説還沒到貨，酒店馬桶上明明寫着可以向前台索要馬桶墊的，酒店卻不準備充足的貨源，啥意思嘛？

1、平時兩三百的房間，清明節之間漲到642，這個因為供需關係可以接受，但是最起碼服務要跟上吧，一進前台，一個定了大床房的客人説嫌房間小，直接給換成了標間，那讓我這個本身多花錢定了標間的人心理難免有些落差吧；2、衞生超差，剛進房間小孩要去洗手間就發現馬桶周邊一圈尿漬；晚上睡覺，發現被子上酒店的綉花居然在反面，不知道是不是上一個房間客人走後懶得換被套直接給反過來用了，為了減少麻煩，我一夜都是穿着衣服睡覺的；3、隔音效果超差，晚上回酒店，在走廊上都能聽見其他房間的説話聲，早上六點多就聽見餐廳説話的聲音，就像站在你旁邊説話一樣。不知道評論區的好評是哪裡來的，反正以後還是定連鎖酒店吧，這種還是避雷。
