員工很有禮貌，出入都會問好。 房間乾淨舒適，窗外有美麗的夜景。 房間入門玄關很大， 相對休息的空間就少了； 衛生間的燈光較暗，有點不方便。 去網紅牆景點不遠，步行可達。 酒店大門前就是巴士站，去景點都很方便。來時打車到酒店， 走時就坐巴士去高鐵站，很方便。

新開業的酒店，設備很新，喜歡全季的温暖裝修。前台服務人員很熱情，有求必應，效率比較高。家庭房空間寬敞，很舒適。很喜歡最新版裝修的長條桌，家庭聚會太有用了。茶具的選擇也很實用，可以每天美美的喝茶。停車場車位比較多，很方便。但是感覺剛開業的酒店還有一些不足，比如房間內的地板有啤酒撒落沒能及時清理，連續兩天都有發生。衞生間手紙和茶包用完後不能及時補充。app訂房時有朝鮮民俗園一人的免費票權益，但完全忘記了這個事情，前台應該在入住時加以提醒。臨走時還送了伴手禮，很温馨。這次延吉行很開心，吃到很多美食，整體還是不錯的，下次還會再來延吉，再住全季。
