房間設施新，衞生乾淨整潔。前台服務接待和門僮服務熱情，主動給予需要的幫助。周邊位於商業區，餐飲方便。

強烈不建議帶小朋友入住，整個酒店從前台到過道瀰漫著嗆人的煙味。各房間的排煙口居然設計在過道內，無語😓
酒店員工從保安到前台都是冷冰冰的，説話也很不客氣，感覺不好。
衞生也很差，地毯和沙發都極臟，其中一間沙發上盡是煙頭燙的洞洞。
第一次入住維也納酒店，不會再住。

房間是大床房，裏面還有一個沙發，桌子也挺打的，放東西吃飯都很方便。房間衞生方面，床單沙發等都跟感覺，衞生間的衞生也是不錯的。前台和保潔的服務態度都很好。

差，不明黃色印子及毛髮，通知前台後讓自己換床單枕套，掀開藏床單後觸目驚心，酒店前台就説了一句，你拍下來，很無語
