自駕遊雲南，開車累了，路過硯山休息一晚，網上看了這家酒店，打着煙草賓館的牌子，確實前台很像國企員工，姿態有點高，不過看在價格便宜，也不要求太多，但是，要按金100塊錢，房間並沒有任何消費品，衹有一個一拖三的手機充電線，網上購買不會超過五塊錢，床單破的，沙發墊臟的，早上退房還要站在前台了等待查房完了對講機裏確認， 才能退按金，這都2025年了，我一路過來住了十幾個賓館，比這個豪華的都沒有要按金，現在平台訂房都是實名註冊的，不用擔心這點事吧，格局小了點，各位住不住自己看吧，圖便宜可以住。

前台及客房工作人員服務熱情，態度好。客房打掃的乾淨衞生，無異味。床上用品及毛巾浴巾乾淨衞生。空調好。24小時熱水好。早餐好。有電梯。有停車場（免費）。交通方便。購物，吃飯方便。周圍環境安靜。

房間寬大，設備斉全，住得很舒服。早歺特別豐富，米線，稀飯，炒飯，水果，糕點都有，有自已的仃車場，仃車特別方便，下次旅遊還會再來住宿的。

酒店的位置不錯，離七都廣場近，周邊吃飯方便。房間設施齊全。衞生狀況比較好。工作人員服務態度好。有比較大的停車場，可以免費停車。早餐一般。

酒店外邊比較舊，內部也是在老式的基礎上改裝的，但舒適性還是不錯的，各方面細節還是可以，衹是306裡邊的洗浴管子需要維修一下，還有空調過濾網可能還是需要清洗一下（我自己清洗了以後空調效果馬上好很多）
