Hotel was in the perfect spot to Ge's Fairy Village, breakfast was also included. Hotel room had beautiful view of Gexian Village. Will definitely come back.

An impressive hotel The view from the room is very good. The room is clean, spacious, everything is complete. The breakfast is good and there are many. There is a show in the resort. Various performances to see Flowers bloom beautifully at this time.

位置確實是不錯的，只是景區真的很多樓梯，我們帶兩個行李箱，爬樓梯差點沒把我累趴下，這個景區老人家真心要勸退，別來，酒店設施方面親子廁所是透明的，好尷尬，希望能改善一下

自駕的車衹能停在遠處的外圍停車，雨天要拖着行李到遊客中心登記驗身份證，再到二樓過多一個閘門驗多一次身份證。然後再拖着行李上觀光車去到酒店前台再登記一次。到的時候真讓人驚呆了，那個酒店的前台，我都以為我看錯了。收着5星級房價，提供快捷酒店的服務，訂的還已經是葛仙村裡最好的酒店了，房間都跟便捷酒店沒什麼區別。一樓又潮濕又吵又有味，開空調還一股臭味，想換房間服務員帶去另外兩個房間，打開空調也是一股臭味。最終衹能用風扇。都已經選擇度假村裡最好的酒店，都是這般，很無語了！

葛仙村度假村裡的酒店，車不能開進去，需要接駁車，這點對酒店客人不是很友好，尤其拖家帶口拎着行李，退房還趕上下大雨，非常的不方便。沒有人幫忙拎行李，需要改進。其餘都很好，酒店設施，環境，餐飲，位置都沒得説，總體感覺很不錯，但服務有提升空間。
