很不錯的民宿，小區住户少很安靜，屋子還算寬敞，我們三個大人兩個孩子剛好住，本來預計三天兩晚但是趕上下雨又續住一晚，海鮮市場很近，我們天天都買了海鮮，總而言之很滿意
設施：廚具齊全
衞生：很乾凈
環境：很安靜
服務：很滿意很到位

入住就是給你介紹包車，各種嚇你，告你打不到車，聯合包車司機坑錢，出門就會被監視，不包車態度極差。小區距離吃飯地段有一些距離，周圍人很少，連個小超市都沒有，吃飯購物都得步行20分鐘。由於小區地理位置，出門不好打車，也沒有單車，比較不方便。

房間寬敞明亮，有兩間面朝大海，兩間朝林蔭路，還有一間朝小區。小區乾淨衞生，非常安靜還有遊樂設施和小型滑梯，。面朝大海，周圍有夜市，廣場裏每晚有跳舞💃和唱歌的，非常熱鬧。

📍[對於周邊的便利度，我要説]對於年輕人來説還是比較方便的，但對於長者腿腳不便的來説，買菜，買早點還是稍微有些距離的

房間又大又乾淨，住了兩天很舒服，離明珠廣場特別近，還有海鮮市場特別近，步行7.8，分鐘，房間跟新，床又大又舒服，圖片跟實物完全相符，完美的入住體驗！
