位置優越，前臨朝陽街，背靠煙台山，沿着海岸線往東走就是虹口1920，第一海水浴場。房間環境復古，服務態度很好。房間就是老建築，很有感覺！喜歡蓋章集郵的小夥伴，隔壁就是中國郵政。

房間賊大，住的那迦衞生間超大吹風機好用（好用風大的吹風機方便不少）房東小姐姐超熱情，🤩還要幫忙提行李，這一個動作➕100分老中式風#位置交通這個位置好像是類似文化一條街的地方，打車去周邊啥的都方便晚上也可以逛一下非常不錯隨便拍兩張吧，房間有點亂

我一定會狠狠給這家店好評，位置環境都超絕，窗户看出去就是煙台山和燈塔，樓下就是朝陽街，沿街一直走就是海，第一海水浴場第二海水浴場漁人碼頭和網紅17路公交，風景地理位置和衞生都絕佳，而且老闆超級熱心會幫忙拍照，打車的時候一定要注意提前打車尤其是夏季，景區不好打車，我差點沒趕上火車還好是老闆很熱心把我送到了煙台站😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭拍照也超級無敵出片!無腦下單!

住得超級超級好～位置很不錯，就在朝陽街北煙台山腳下，坐在3樓露台景色絕了～房間很乾凈～你出門的時候小姐姐都會發消息給你確認打掃衞生的事情～重點是床超級舒服，超級軟～這個價錢這個質量是我在煙台住過最好的！
PS：我住的應龍，雖然沒有桌子，但小哥哥現給扛進去一張！！！其實屋裡足夠在窗邊放個小圓桌，這樣更方便～

新開的民宿，很贊！吊頂、燈飾、窗台整體有一種法式洋樓的風格，樓下就是朝陽街，去哪吃啥都方便。乾淨衞生 沒有異味。新開的還沒有前台，有點難找。隔音還挺好的，老闆人也很熱情
