預訂高級大床房，到店已經半夜了前台説免費為我升級房間，我問為什麼❓她説免費的，結果入住體驗卻不好，花灑到處噴水，總感覺有人敲門，隔音很差開門後又沒人，可能是隔壁房間的聲音。退房時服務態度很不錯，店長送了咖啡飲品和洗護套裝。👍👍👍

唯一的缺點就是房間沒有早餐，但是價格已經挺優惠的了。周圍的吃飯購物特別方便，適合各種口味的人羣，非常不錯。

去年山東之遊最讓我們念念不忘的就是煙台，這個城市讓人覺得安靜舒適，暑假小尾聲帶長者和孩子又來煙台小住四天三晚。
酒店交通特別方便，門口有210可以直接到金沙灘公園，還有好多公交車到芝罘區也很方便。
酒店從經理到每一位客服都是很在乎旅客的每一位感受，有求必應，服務非常到位，
酒店對過也有小童廣場，北邊有超市，生活配套設施很齊全～
明年的暑假依然選擇漢庭😊明年見～

就是一般般的環境。但是電視真的要換一下了… 來回就幾個台 電視小的可憐 根本就看不了…
服務是可以的 幾乎有求必應。
我覺得可以重新裝修一下了 酒店時間確實有點年頭了

隔音真的超級無敵差，沒見過這麼差的隔音，雖然酒店幾乎隔音都不好，但是這個真的很差，要是隔壁房間人剛剛好聲音很大那就更糟罪了，房間也很一般
