看日出很方便，看海鷗就在酒店門口，到煙台山和朝陽街走路3分鐘，酒店熱水足，衞生乾淨，到哪兒都近，走路逛景區很方便，酒店門口就是餐廳三餐供應，很棒的酒店

這是第二次住啦，因為真的是交通太方便、房間太舒服了。特別喜歡房間有可以晾衣服的地方，而且這天氣晚上洗第二天早上就能幹了。

房間很好，很乾凈，前台小姑娘也很好，我老伴腿腳不好，特意給我們換了一樓的房間，謝謝你了姑娘！酒店門口吃飯也很方便！出門走一會就是大海。有海濱城市的感覺。

地理位置太方便了，1秒看大海3分鐘到海邊，早上門口看日出，前台小哥服務很細心到位必須點👍🏻，還給標註了周邊旅遊景點，再來煙台必住👍🏻

90年代招待所的標準，所謂的窗户也看不到外面，房間黑乎乎，衞生條件堪憂，床衹有1米寬，跟火車卧鋪一樣。另外，床頭有個插孔一直有燈在閃，不知道是不是攝像頭。唯一的優勢就是在海邊靠近煙台山了。

帶着老婆孩子去的，空調機就在旁邊，一直哼哼哼的，孩子都被吵起來好幾次，空調調節也很侷限沒有辦法調節温度，一會冷一會熱，還有水龍頭噪音特別大很緊，應該是壞了也不知道修，洗澡開關也綉了，説是古建築風，真的特別特別差，來這一次，影響了一天的狀態，千萬不要圖小便宜，真的吃大虧

訂的時尚雙人間，房間不大，過道上有一個小窗户，房間衞生還可以，門前能安排免費停車，最大的優勢是離海邊近 離煙台山也不遠。
