酒店在煙台站旁邊幾百米處，去煙台站或者煙台港都很方便，很近，便利，臨時定了鐘點房休息一下性價比還是很高的

整個旅行最差的酒店… 完全顛覆了麗楓品牌映像！
房間超級小！
設施、衞生可能都不如招待所
進門房間有股下水道味，衞生間更像臨時搭出來的簡易房…
整體衞生不敢恭維…
近年來住過最差的酒店，沒有之一！

簏楓以前住過，這次就訂了這家酒店。住進去後把我口嚇到了，過道一古怪味，房間下水道的味道很濃，地毯很臟，訂房的人一定不要踩雷了。隔壁有如家，桔子酒店。

優點：離煙台站很近，步行10分鐘左右就到，10樓房間窗户很大，看天空很好看。
但是房子很老舊，進屋有一股很難聞的味道，開窗開空調一晚上還是有味兒，衞生間串味很臭，水也不熱，外賣員送不上來理解，連個機器人都沒有，是我目前為止住過最差的麗楓，不知道麗楓什麼標準，是不是以前的7天直接改名字，外表都沒有隔壁如家好，更推薦隔壁如家及桔子。

酒店位置很好，離煙台火車站、汽車總站都很近，旅遊出行很方便。酒店設施還可以，房間乾淨衞生沒有異味。前台服務較好，解答問題、提供行李寄存都很周到。連住了兩晚，感覺不錯！
