The localisation is really good. Near the beach, bus stop, easy to reach.
The owner is really nice, helpful, reachable, at your disposal. She gives clear instructions to enter into the building.

The room is tidy and the supplies are complete! Consistent with the photos on the Internet, the location is also good, you can walk to Chaoyang Street and the seaside, and it is cleaned every day, the owner is very enthusiastic! The only regret is that I missed her sea view room! The photos online don't do it it's worth! (I am attaching two pictures I took of the sea view room)

I like this B&B very much. I can see the sea from the window. The view is very wide and beautiful. It is very, very close to the first bathing beach and I can walk back very quickly~ Then there are many strawberry bears in the Hongkou 1920 Historic District nearby! It is also super close to the nucleic acid point! There is a Kehao convenience store downstairs and a 711 nearby! And it is also very close to Yantai Mountain! Completely walk through! 辦理入住方便，房間打掃的很乾凈海景很棒，度假來住很舒服，每天想呆在酒店不想出門，躺在床上就可以看日出，樓下不遠就是大海，但是比較可惜的是因為時間緊，都往遠的地方跑，都沒去樓下的海看看，交通也很方便，樓下就是公交車站

房間拍照很漂亮也很大，每天都能被日出喚醒，本來不睡到中午不醒的人，到這房間五點就自動醒了，醒來就是日出真的很幸福。離第一浴場也近，打個車幾分鐘就到了，或者坐公交好像兩站也能到。下次朋友來一定介紹住這家和這個房間！

位置很好，馬路對面就是濱海廣場，走過去所城裡，朝陽街也就是1公里左右。停車在馬路對面的濱海停車場每天20塊封頂，裏面還有不少充電樁。房子有點老但還算乾淨，廚房和洗衣機是公用的，最大的問題就是浴室下水道反味有點厲害，排氣扇不能停，換個防臭的地漏估計會改善很多
