First of all, the location and price of the hotel was unbeatable. It even included breakfasts. The only downside about our stay was that there was a strange smell in the room when the windows were closed for a long period of time. It smelled kind of like dirty laundry, so we kept the window open the rest of our stay there. The staff was kind and helpful. They gave us a third blanket since we had three people sleeping in the room. The hotel provided free laundry machines and detergent. The machines were large and quick to wash and dry things. The shampoo provided was good quality.

The environment and sanitation are very good. The facilities in the house are complete, but the room is a little soundproof. The overall experience is very good. A fruit plate was also given. Thank you to the store.

Ctrip's big data is a scam. There is nothing wrong with the hotel. It's just Ctrip's own fault. Damn it. Don't use Ctrip if you can. Compare it with other hotels before making a decision.

The room facilities are good. It would be fine if the pillows were changed to harder ones. The room was clean and hygienic. The service was warm and they also gave us a fruit plate.

The ladies at the front desk are very enthusiastic, especially the thin one with short hair! The room is also clean and comfortable. I will come again next time! I will recommend it to my friends!

It was a bit late on the first day of check-in, and I found a layer of dust on the bed sheets. It was obvious that they hadn't been cleaned for a long time. Because it was too late, I didn't remind them to change the bed sheets. As a result, they were still not changed when I came back the next day. I mentioned it, and the front desk replied that the staff had gone off work and asked me to change it. The breakfast was almost the same for two consecutive days, all stir-fried cabbage, nothing new. I didn't want to eat at all on the third day. The dishes were also very simple. It was a very bad experience. I don't know how the five-star reviews on Ctrip are up! !
