住過很多次尚客優，但這次最差，特別的差！前台態度不好，房間設施太差，水龍頭沒法用，兩個下水道全堵，衞生間門關不上，關上了又開不開，而且小的門撞頭，大堂台階特別高，進出極不方便！下次再也不住尚客優了。

因為要看演唱會，頭一次來煙台玩，訂的時候別的酒店價格飛漲，衹有這家酒店溢價很少，更有人情味，入住之後房間的設施環境都很好，浴室跟馬桶是分離的，乾淨無異味，洗漱用品也都健全，並且每天都會換新，床鋪也乾淨無異味，最重要的是前台的姐姐阿姨人都很好，很熱情，演唱會找不到車去前台問了一下後她們真的有很認真的幫忙，也是靠她們我們才最後找到了車，看了場完美沒有後顧之憂的日出演唱會，在這也多謝前台姐姐們啦，總之這家店住宿很好，人也很熱情，大家放心住，有問題也可以直接找前台，肯定會幫你解決的。最後，附上演唱會圖片，也祝老闆生意興隆啦！

乾淨衞生，我訂的那個房間周圍挺安靜的。
