房間特別的好！乾淨衞生，打掃的也非常的整潔。位置也好，下樓沒幾步就是商圈，再走幾步就直接能到海邊，特別方便，公交車站也很近。老闆人也非常好，特別的熱情！！非常滿意！！

這次蓬萊之旅，能訂到這家海邊民宿真的是我最大的幸運！
位置絕佳，出了民宿沒多遠就是蓬萊閣，站在民宿房間的窗邊，就能將大海的美景盡收眼底，海風輕拂，愜意極了。周邊吃飯、購物的地方也很多，生活氣息滿滿，特別方便。
民宿的環境超棒！院子裏種滿了花花草草，還有舒適的躺椅，傍晚坐在這裏吹吹風，感覺所有的疲憊都消散了。房間佈置得很温馨，打掃得乾乾淨淨，設施也都齊全，住起來特別舒服。
服務更是沒得説，房東特別熱情，不僅提前幫我們規劃好了遊玩路線，還推薦了不少當地特色美食，讓我們少走了很多彎路。辦理入住和退房的過程也非常順利，體驗感超棒！
如果下次還來蓬萊，我肯定還會選擇這家民宿！真心推薦給大家，來蓬萊玩的朋友千萬別錯過！

本次入住體驗感不好，首先，入住困難，我提前聯繫房主讓發具體位置給我，結果老闆説平台地址就行，結果實際根本不對，我又聯繫房主，結果房主給發了一個漁家飯莊位置，可還是沒找到，我又問的附近外賣小哥，告訴我公寓樓位置，房主從始至終都沒有給我準確位置，就連樓號也是我打電話問的，入住太費勁了。其次，房間沒有洗手用品。最後不得不説服務問題了，洗澡是涼水，我又打電話詢問，她才告訴我是熱水器，需要自己打開先燒水，我真是服氣了，這種事情房主是不是應該提前告知不是太陽能，是熱水器需要先打開自己燒水。晚上想看電視，結果電視更是無法看，來房間操作一通也無濟於事，仍然不能看，一直頁面加載中，電視就是擺設！這是我外出入住這麼多次，體驗非常不好的一次，希望房主優化一下。

首先是這個房間坐落位置極佳，距離海邊很近，去蓬萊閣、八仙過海景區走一走就到了，而且附近就有購物中心，購物吃飯都方便；其次房間裏設施很齊全，燒水做飯都沒問題；最後是房主很細心，從開始諮詢到退房離開，整個服務都很到位，謝謝房主和你老公。

很好的一次體驗，住宿離海邊很近，孩子很喜歡，住了四晚，幾乎每天都要去海邊，離景點也很近，每次當遛彎兒就去了，房間大，老闆也很熱情，我們歲數大了怕冷，還特意送來厚被，好評了

1房間實際比照片還好看，佈置的很合理設施也很新，衞生嘎嘎乾淨，而且小區管理很好，晚上睡覺很安靜，一整晚安睡，房東無比靠譜，每次找他都秒回，會復購的民宿

老闆人很好！這位置也很好，離海邊幾分鐘路程，後面就是小吃一條街，很方便，樓下吃的也很多，附近還有幾個大型購物廣場，買東西吃東西也很方便！到景區也很近，走路十來分鐘就到了！
