衞生差，位置準確，環境特別不好，衞生間的燈開關壞了，存在漏電的風險再也不想去他家住了

房間大，地理位置很好，出去步行一會就到沙攤，次卧能看見海，海很漂亮。就是平常睡覺不太好的，有聲音就睡不着的不太建議，不知道是離海近還是路上的聲音，晚上睡覺不咋安靜，旁邊最近好像有動工的，早上七點被吵醒了。枕頭比較塌，一晚上不好睡。睡眠質量好的就不受影響。可以選擇入住。

房間和表述一樣，離海特別近，步行5分鐘左右。從岔路口左轉就是主馬路，有很多公交車，去哪裡都方便。煙台的公交很人性化，下車前按鈴。高德地圖的時間預測也很準。右轉出來有一個早餐亭，也有公交（單向行駛），再往前就是海邊，很方便。從主馬路出去，附近有居民區，買菜，早餐選擇很多。

很棒的入住體驗，和實圖無差異，旁邊走個5分鐘左右就是第一海水浴場，離旺角小漁村（美食海鮮）也很近 。租個電動車周邊一日遊無問題 。居住條件很優越，房間很大，設施也齊全，窗户處就能看到海景。

房價貴點，但是和周邊比較算便宜，晚上最後一個末班公交10點也可以回去，朝陽區，石景山，沙灘很近，所城裡很美，這4個景點都很近，玩了1天半時間剛好!坐17路就在附近可以觀光延邊附近景點，早上6點半公交上沒有什麼人，往後就公交上人太多了擠不上去感受不好,海灘第一浴場特別好玩!😍
