旅館房價物美價廉，多種房型可供選擇，地理位置優越，緊鄰煙台站，周邊煙台港，煙台汽車站，近在咫尺。不管是出行中轉還是來煙旅行，都非常方便。周邊生活便利，小商店小飯館應有盡有，大型商場超市都在幾百米範圍內。

阿姨很真誠，接送到賓館，服務沒得説，火車站附近賓館的條件你懂的，沒有空調，沒有辦法，掏了大幾十，升級了空調間。火車站你想啥呢。下來也花了一百多。

可以寄存行李，後來加錢住了個單間，晚上11點還有人説話，隔音效果不太行，早上物流早上五六點就有人在説話，你就住吧，一住一個不吱聲

這個旅館在網上的訊息很多都是假的，連圖片都是假的，老闆娘解釋説這些不是他們弄的，她向軟件反映但是問題沒有得到解決。但是不管怎麼樣，我的利益受到了損害，我到達旅館的時候，老闆娘説不滿意可以退，但是我打車的費用，浪費的時間，錯過訂其他旅館的機會，是不是應該由這個旅館賠償？不知道為什麼煙台的旅館這麼不規範，很失望，在那個房間沒有窗口，別的房間還有人吸煙，飄進來，呼吸都困難，最後還是受不了，半夜去另找旅館。你們訂這個旅館一定要小心，以免到了之後大失所望。

酒店在煙台火車站北面的老舊小區，房間是單元房改建，設施非常差。我訂的是標準大床房，訂單上寫明空調免費，結果給我的房間是一個壞的空調房間，房間裏沒有遙控器，我去要遙控器的時候開始説開空調要加20元錢，我打開訂單給老闆看，他們又説空調壞了，給了我一個不知道是不是匹配的遙控器，結果空調開不了，與老闆交涉無果，煙台當天氣温高達30多度，房間裏的電風扇非常響，一夜未眠，酒店已經涉嫌欺詐，這是我無數次旅行中體驗最差的旅社，沒有之一！攜程上的4.7分評價不知道是怎麼來的，附圖一組供朋友們鑒別。

第一次來到煙台，價格很便宜，所以在配置上難免會有點這個那個。即便這樣，我們一家五口也沒有絲毫的難受，相反房東姐姐待人隨和，恭讓禮謙，讓人忘了硬件設施帶來的絲毫彆扭。出門在外，能夠遇到一個舒心的房東，讓人在異域他鄉不免心存感激，願善念之光亮，謙和之温度，延綿到更大更遠的地方！謝謝大姐！

除了離煙台火車站近，其它自己體驗過了就明白了，好在臨時住一晚，你也不能要求太多，畢竟價錢在那裡放着呢～
