入住的時候老闆娘主動提出贈送早餐要求離店後給好評， 想到民宿看起來不錯，也就多個舉手之勞就同意了。沒想到退房時老闆娘説要給五星好評併發截屏後才退按金，則實在有點太過分了。在給出簡短好評得到應該返給我的按金後，心中不平，就寫下此份真實點評：
民宿本身的房子比較新，很整潔，花園也漂亮。 房間設施的不足之處是衞生間乾濕沒分區。 民宿所處的東岸孫家村比較偏僻，如果沒有包車或自駕，打車稍微有點不便，特別是看完日出或吃了晚飯回去，好些出租車不願去。
服務除了上面説到的問題外，港口接送，幫提行李上下樓都挺好的，早餐也不錯。 如果要在他家吃午飯晚飯，衹能按每人每餐一百多元的標準包餐。好在旁邊另一個民宿海島故事的餐廳可以點餐，豐儉由人，可以選自己喜歡的菜品
長島很美，希望配套和服務能夠更成熟，專業和貼心。

加盟花築的小民宿 十幾間客房 不大不小正合適 小院環境不錯 民宿老闆提前兩天電話聯繫到我 告訴我民宿有接送港口的服務 並且耐心介紹了長島的旅遊和相關的服務項目
房間大小很合適 陽光很充足 典型的花築裝修風格
老闆還贈送了兩天的早飯 很貼心
民宿提供各種旅遊景點的門票和包車 可以直接和老闆商量價格 都是比較合理的價格
民宿距離海邊很近 步行不到5分鐘就到了 清晨起來看日出是很好的位置 就是周邊吃飯買東西不是特別的方便 但是民宿也可以包餐
總之是個還不錯的民宿 下次還住這裏

我們是家庭出遊，帶着長者，一次很nice的民宿體驗。老闆親自接送船，本家老闆娘大姐看長者上下樓不方便，給我我們免費升級了房型（預訂的是特價房），房間大乾淨，網絡好，小院子和一樓佈置的很有氛圍。本家大姐耐心的幫我規劃了遊玩路線，又完美避開專門開給遊客的餐廳，千潯嶼的套餐味道很鮮美，上島的第一餐就是在千潯嶼吃的。
