My evaluation is that a room costing 370 a night is not as good as a small hotel costing 150. There was a smell as soon as we arrived on the 7th floor, there was unknown dirt on the wall, the toilet door handle fell off, and the air conditioner was sallow. The air conditioner I had used at home for 10 years was about the same color and was still dripping condensation water. The toilet is blocked. I flushed it for a long time, but the water can’t go out, and I can’t go out either. The floor drain in the shower was blocked, and the accumulated water directly covered my girlfriend's high-heeled Crocs. The whole process of using King WiFi was 460. I called the hotel in the middle of the night to negotiate, and they said there would be no refunds or discounts, and it cost 370 a night for this quality. In the end, Ctrip officially refunded me 100, and the hotel gave me two breakfast coupons as compensation.

這家如家就在街邊很好找，開業很多年了，設施有點舊，但乾淨衞生。視房態可以提前入住非常棒，性價比很高。

酒店很久之前裝修的，設施都比較老舊，尤其是空調，遙控器應該是壞的，電視遙控器上面也一層灰。不提供洗澡拖鞋和餐巾紙，衹提供一次性拖鞋和廁紙。
隔音差，能聽到隔壁和走廊保潔阿姨推小推車打掃聲音，樓下是十字路口，來往車輛比較吵。窗簾拉不上嚴實，早上6點多太陽就會照到床上。打掃衹補充了消耗品和和更換垃圾袋，床鋪沒有整理
攜程免費從原來的10平升到25平，房間仍然很小，尤其是浴室，不敢想原來10平得小成什麼樣，而且15層樓共用一部電梯上下樓很不方便。
距離公交站比較近，步行15分鐘到萬達廣場和所城裡

帶家人來煙台旅遊，看了很多民宿，酒店，最後還是選擇瞭如家
服務：前台小姐姐小哥哥很熱情，阿姨也會主動給打掃房間衞生，及時補充水，更換新的洗浴用品
設施：房間有智能馬桶
環境：酒店是老店了，開的時間比較長，沒有新開的那種如家或者一些民宿看着洋氣，不過不影響入住，如果選擇預訂零壓雙床房的話不如加點錢預訂家庭房，房間會更大，還有有一張更大一點的雙人床，煙台很好，來過就會愛上這座城市

酒店位置在十字路口，出行方便。距離所城裡較近，步行及公交均可。酒店較老，房間佈置較狹窄，但床鋪乾淨清爽，床墊軟硬適中，入住感受還行。畢竟僅休息一下，不會長期居住。經濟型酒店，價格合適。
