民宿老闆娘非常熱情好客。下單是普通房，免費升級海景投影房。房間非常漂亮，整潔，衞生好。離海灘不遠。有什麼不懂的問題問她，總會耐心的給解答。下次再來煙台，還會選這家民宿。

房東大姐真的熱情哦，解答所有問題，熱請告知所有注意事項，路線，真是不錯，我們是3個人大姐給安排的大的摺疊床，很舒服，還能看海景哦，對了旁邊的燒烤店挺好吃。

房間住着很舒服，空間也很大，我的大行李箱攤開放也不覺得擠，窗簾也很遮光睡覺超爽，房東人超好超貼心，給我升級了房間，我坐輪渡六點多到給姐打電話問放行李，這麼早她也很有耐心還叫保潔阿姨來接我，真的住得非常非常的舒服，身心愉悦

離金沙灘近，但走路也要十幾分鍾。房間基本設施都有，還有洗衣機，當天衣服可以洗掉。老闆有問必答，接待熱情。隔音是通病，沒辦法。要是空調不對着床就好了，衹能調成30度，半夜關掉。
