The room hygiene needs to be improved and needs to be managed more carefully. It is a hard requirement, not a plus point. I don't understand the circuit design of the room. There was a little episode with the check-out deposit. The rest of the check-in was very smooth and it was very convenient to go to every attraction I wanted to visit. Great location for beautiful ocean views and ocean side walks. We can see the ocean from our balcony. Breakfast was delicious and lots of variety for only $5. Parking is free and easy. Staff are super friendly. hotel provides free clothes washing soap and offer free clothes dryer services which is a greatly helpful when most hotels do laundry services for a super high fee. Only downside was that the ac was not cold enough and it was centrally controlled therefore we could only adjust the fan power but not the room temperature. But overall a very good value for what we get.
