"The staff was friendly and very helpful. The restaurant and pool were added bonuses. We were there for a dance competition and the hours are crazy, but having a little down time to go swimming was fabulous. Next time we are in that area again, we'll 100% stay there."

"Here’s the positives: staff are friendly and accommodating, room was clean and the price per night is not bad at all as they gave us a suite plus breakfast included though I understand that because of the pandemic, foods are prepacked but guests should have a way to toast their breads or bagels for better taste than heated thru a microwave which makes them soggy. They have mini snack bar with a good selection to fill your cravings. Negatives: first and most of all, hotel should have informed or specifies in the website that their pool is closed. We’ve been to other hotels in PA with pools open even during pandemic. They have a daily maintenance and clean up crew to make sure the pool area is clean. We are a traveling family with kids who loves swimming in the pool whenever they can. Imagine the disappointment of their faces when the front desk told us that their pool is closed when clearly there was nothing posted in their website. If only I could cancel and move to a different hotel, i would. Second, the duvet cover is super polyester that every time we touch it, it sparks! We were worried it might catch fire while we’re sleeping tossing and turning so pit them on the floor. Every time we touch each other we get shocked. Kids made fun out of it but I have trauma with it. Our sleep was uncomfortable because our blanket is thin and it was cold in the room. "

"Bed is comfortable and spacious room. Me and my daughter in King suite. Complimentary breakfast tastes good and I like the indoor swimming pool. Easy parking and close to Sesame Place and malls with food and shops. Washing machines only accept coins no card service, the only inconvenience."

"This is the hotel with the most normal showers during the entire trip. The water is big and hot. The room is large and well-planned. The staff is very friendly. I discussed with them that I might check out later because of something, and they readily agreed. I personally collected the hot water for fear of scalding the children. They are caring."

"My wife and I have been staying at the Red Roof Inn Oxford Valley off and on since Feb. The price is the best we can find in our area. The rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable! You get a tv, fridge, microwave, phone, safe, alarm clock and free WiFi which for the most part is strong enough for us! The only downfall I can think of is the carts that the staff push around are loud and sometimes you hear them late at night."

"We were given the wrong room and within minutes of checking in i let them know of the mistake but was told they were all booked and there was nothing to do about it that it wasnt their fault its what i booked even though i had the email stating the room we booked was different. It wasn't really the safest for my little one who fell because of it."
