The hotel personnel is outstanding. I loved their professionalism and dedication. Special note for the desk personnel who welcomed us with professionalism and kindness, and listened to our claims with a smile and reactively acted in consequence. The customer service manager (Haifa) is also great. The rooms are very clean but the furniture are quite old for a 5 stars hotel(some broken wooden stuff...) Biggest weakness: 1- The lunch/dinner menu was exactly the same and we had to rise a claim for that. The next day was satisfying tho. 2- We had to pass by an open door area to go to the indoor swimming pool during a cold time which was very uncomfortable (got a cold after that) 3- Booked an all inclusive and still need to pay for the gym? why?

28th December for one week I'm just getting round to writing a review Good points staff very helpful and friendly hotel is lovely and the weather was great After being delivered and getting there near midnight on my first day got checked in and went to bed Upon waking went down for breakfast and I must say the selection of food for uk residents is very poor plus it's really cold Lunch dinner where the same so I ate very little for my weeks stay The two other restaurants where closed The pool bar was closed so just the lobby bar was open There wasn't any sunbeds to sit on round the pool or umbrellas no music no atmosphere either .from the photos i was alone around the pool as you can see ..I asked for a sunbed on many occasions but never got one So had to sit on a chair or lay on the ground on my towel The private beach has nothing on it ....ni beds umbrellas or chairs no bar either The hotel itself is absolutely freezing cold ...there is no heating on and even the staff where cold No activities and no entertainment....this hotel I chose because of the reviews and the package I thought I was getting wasn't nice ....I was expecting a relaxing week in the winter sun with everything I needed and it didn't deliver any of this ....as a female solo traveler I would stay clear None of the reviews are true and I was very isolated and lonely as no one spoke English all French and Muslim Personality I couldn't wait to get home

The place is absolutely beautiful, with equally charming surroundings — perfectly located near local markets, the port, and shopping areas. Make sure to meet Lotfi at the reception — a true gentleman, kind and incredibly helpful. His presence adds a personal touch to the entire experience. Look for Ala as well, a wonderful young man, will help you in any way. Take the time to enjoy the bar — Salim, Moez, Khalid and the rest of the team are not only eager to serve, but genuinely attentive and warm. And don’t miss the chance to say hello to Haifa, a wonderful woman who works tirelessly to make every guest feel comfortable. Just greet her — she’ll light up with a smile. I’ll definitely be back. This place stays with you. 💛

Stayed: 13th – 20th June | Rating: 3.5/5 We recently stayed at this hotel for a week in June. While the overall experience was enjoyable thanks to the amazing staff, the hotel itself didn’t quite meet 5-star expectations and felt more like a solid 4-star. Room & Facilities: We stayed on the 4th floor, which was undergoing refurbishment at the time. The room felt a bit bare, it could’ve really benefited from more furniture, like a dressing table, a comfy chair or sofa. Disappointingly, we discovered on our second day that the shower was leaking through the wall, creating large puddles of water in the room. Bits of plaster were also coming off around the bathroom spotlights. I reported the issue to reception at 7:30am with photo evidence and was assured it would be fixed by the time we returned, but by 4:30pm, nothing had been done. After following up with reception and contacting Haifa from guest services, action was finally taken. Haifa was brilliant and genuinely concerned, even offering us a different room (which we declined as we had already unpacked). Ultimately, we were told the shower was out of order and had to use the bathtub for the rest of our stay. Service & Staff: This is where the hotel really shines. • Haifa (Guest Services) was absolutely amazing, friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to help. She showed genuine care after I slipped on the water from the shower leak and checked in on us regularly. She’s a true asset to the hotel. • Chokri (Restaurant Manager) was also fantastic. He greeted us warmly each day and made sure my vegetarian friend had something specially prepared when nothing on the menu suited her. • Moize (Bar Staff) and his team were great too, friendly, fun, and made fantastic cocktails. The reception staff (two girls) could’ve been a bit more welcoming, not rude, but not particularly warm either. Thankfully, the rest of the staff more than made up for this. Summary: While the hotel itself needs some improvement to truly be considered 5-star, especially in terms of maintenance and room comfort, the staff were some of the best I’ve encountered. Their friendliness, attention, and willingness to go the extra mile made our stay memorable. For that reason alone, I would definitely return.

We had a lovely and peaceful stay at this hotel. The room was spacious with a stunning sea view, which made our mornings extra special. The atmosphere was quiet and relaxing — perfect for unwinding, as there weren’t too many people around. The staff were always pleasant and helpful. A special thank you to Lotfi, who went out of his way to make sure we were happy throughout our stay. He was incredibly friendly, always smiling, and gave us great advice during our trip. The beach is just across the road, with free sun loungers and a bar – a really nice touch! Someone was always there to bring the mattresses and clean the loungers for us, which we really appreciated. Overall, a calm and relaxing stay with kind and welcoming service. Thank you!

Extremely welcoming staff from Management level, Reception (Lotfi) in fact all staff could not do enough for you to ensure your stay is memorable from the cleaning of your room to dining room waiters and bar staff - cannot recommend them highly enough special shout out to our pool bar waiter - exceptional service for 2 weeks missing him already!
