Hi to potential travellers, I am embarking on the journey of writing this review to reflect my personal experience and insights, and share the positive and negative aspect of my duration of stay with fellow travellers. I can understand how frustration and daunting it can be without the right prior knowledge, because travelling increases social and cultural understanding, it creates social bridges by promoting shared experiences and producing compassionate behaviour. Flight Airline (Easy Jet) The flight was scheduled and departed on time, the display screen was prompted and accurate. Please note to save money, no need to upgrade the standard seats, standards seat was spaciously comfortable so don't waste your money by upgrading unless you may have a health issue which require more space. The service was ok, few of the cabin members need to be more emphatic and considerate when serving drinks and refreshment, they need to be a bit more patient and give travellers a bit more time to decide. The issue was, the way the refreshment was orchestrated chronologically served from the end to the top or top to the end caused a lot of distress to some travellers as they may have health issues or dehydrated due to the length of journey and waiting time in the airport. Because how it works is, if they leave your row and go to the next row and then you reached to them for a drink, they will not serve you until they go to every row from the top to the end or end to the top then they will come to you and serve i am not sure why they do this. I know it sounds extremely frustrating, i felt uncomfortable and upset. for a drink to be served it took them 25minutes by then i felt agitated and upset. I can understand they may have a queuing system in place BUT if someone is dehydrated and have health issue then indeed it has to be assisted immediately without further delay. Also there were two trolleys of refreshment one at the top and other at the end so i am not sure why they did that. The management need to look into this. Further, I upgraded my luggage at the airport counter and i was issued with a speed track to facilitate the que but unfortunately the queuing system was not structured or managed well therefore my upgrade did not compromise to my standard, considering I had some health issues i was standing for a long time without any seats available. hence, to future travellers make sure you make the 'Check In Desk' employee reassure them of your needs and what you paid for. 'Check In' do it home before you travel it saves you time and money (print out your documents), -'Check Out' you can not do it online during your stay at Tunisia Hammamet only at the Airport Check Out (Out Bound) its the rules.. TUNSIA HAMMAMET EDEN YASMINE. We arrived late evening about 11.00pm so the dinner was finished but we were also offered some snacks like pizza slice and some cakes. We were welcomed and hosted exceptionally well by (Farhaa) one of the team members. She was

There are positive and negative aspects to this hotel. The positive aspects include an indoor heated swimming pool which is open all day to all guests, incredibly friendly staff, beautifully well kept grounds and large bedrooms. The negative aspects surround the catering, entertainment, and communal facilities. The food provided is somewhat varied, and by this I mean that the cooks find ways to deliver 'different' dishes each day, however the ingredients are very limited. Liver, eggs and pasta are served on a nightly basis, and these are the main dishes. That said the salad is very nice and they offer a good range of desserts, though they are repetitive. The snacks are just leftovers from breakfast and lunch left on the bar for guests to serve themselves. The use of leftovers is quite noticeable. Eg. Fish served at lunch not eaten (far too many bones for anyone to safely eat), served again and dinner time and again the following day. All food is served cold at this resort, including main dishes at lunch and dinner, however a microwave is provided which guests can use freely to warm up their food. The a-la carte restaurant is not currently open. The alcohol served is obviously cheap and nasty spirits, though the mixers are proper Coke and Fanta straight out of the bottle as opposed to taps. The fruit juice is simply undrinkable, making the small selection of cocktails they have available to All-inclusive guests off limits. It has to be said that the communal areas are always clean and tidy, the only issue lies with replenishing of basic supplies such as toilet paper and hand soap, however this can cause great inconvenience. There is absolutely no entertainment of an evening whatsoever. A laptop is left out which controls the music and guests are able to use it to play their choice of music. There is a kids club, but it is not staffed, it is simply a room filled with games and toys. There is a cafe which sells tea and shisha, however it is not regularly open. If you ask at reception they will open it for you to use. It's quite pleasant once you're in with stunning traditional decor. In summary: it's overall enjoyable; the food is passable but not something you will look forward to; the staff are very easy going and delighted to serve you; and the grounds are stunning. There is one last thing to mention. The hotel is not just a hotel. One of the blocks of rooms is used by an elderly care provided. It's a nursing home aswell as a holiday resort. This affected us in different ways each day. There are limited amounts of sun loungers to begin with, but then 25% of them are taken up by the care home each morning and afternoon. The care home residents have access to all communal areas at the same time as guests. They are escorted by very professional carers, however this does not avoid challenging behaviour such as shouting. It has to be noted unfortunately that they are not removed from the bar, poolside or dining room when they shout. That said the a

It was a lovely hotel, quiet due to Ramadan but they still provided everything that was needed. Staff were lovely, the rooms were also really nice (the pillows were amazing) Food was good, however breakfast was repetitive, we barely had any fruit which was disappointing. The area has a lot of shops and restaurants, even a zoo- wasn’t open for us.

A great budget all inclusive hotel in a great location. All the staff are top class and extremely friendly. All inclusive is just the local drinks which is normal the food was ok nothing spectacular but edible and varied. It has a lovely indoor pool and also a large outdoor pool. Rooms are spacious and clean with daily maid service. I couldn't ask for more for what I paid for. Thank you to all the staff I had a great holiday.
