Hotel is spotless Most bar staff are very friendly Food is good Ken from entertainment team "loved his job" he was possibly the best entertainment rep we have had on our holidays abroad. My youngest cried when it was Kens last day. Yaya calling my oldest angry bird was quite accurate and a nickname that will more than likely stick forever. Thank you to all the staff around the hotel made our 2 week stay very pleasant and all 8 of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The hotel is flawless. Diversity of food and cleanness is good enough. Don't pay attention to some picky people. I am wondering why these people are focusing on just eating and drinking !!!.... There are so many other things to do like enjoying the stunning and beautiful scenery of the hotel ambience. Overall it is worth the money you have paid. Personally I will definitely come back to this hotel and recommend it to my friends.

This hotel was outdated. The food was horrible and cold. Staff were unhelpful and unfriendly. The beach wasn’t easily accessible. Me and my family had to leave the hotel the day we arrived and moved to another one as in only our short stay we were miserable. It was the worst hotel I’ve ever been too and we have traveled a decent amount and been to hotels of “lower ratings” which have been significantly better than this hotel.

I was a bit anxious about going on holiday on my own but Fantasia staff we're all super friendly and welcoming. The hotel is big with plenty areas but its really clean, the room I got faced onto building site but no noise and I didn't spend anytime in my room. The food was good wide selection but pretty basic same as all 5* hotel in the area you won't go hungry. Swimming pools we're lovely & plenty of sun loungers for everyone. On check out you can use the facilities and WiFi right up until you're pick up. The entertainment team we're great big shout out to Sam very nice guy always full of fun and energy, & gets everyone involved. All the staff here we're exceptional from spa to reception, cleaners, very friendly & helpful. I'll definitely be back in future

What a beautiful hotel. From arriving everything was so organised. Bell boy took out cases from the coach, once we were all checked in escorted to the lift and shown our room. Advised of 24hr bar due to the lateness of our arrival. All staff pleasant, food selection amazing. Pools and bars were easy to access. Had a fabulous holiday would definitely go back. There were lifts on every level even down to the beach..
