Well located hotel central to our requirements. Staff from reception, general manager, guest relation were all extremely warm, friendly, welcoming and hospitable. Merve was super helpful whilst checking out. We shall return back to Ramada Batman again. This was a family trip and we have good experience with this hotel chain.

退房時候把我攔住，説是兩晚房費沒有付款，需要我現場付一下。很是生氣，因為在攜程下單時候就是預付款了。聯繫攜程，説是讓代理找酒店溝通，而我急着開車趕去下一個目的地。酒店説要我寫下字據，留下姓名聯繫方式，證明我已付過錢，才讓我離開；攜程客服又不讓我寫這些，説對我不利…結果拖拖拉拉搞了半小時還沒核實清楚，在我強硬要求下，酒店放我離開，留給攜程代理去收拾爛攤子了。

Great service!
This is the second time I’ve brought my tour groups here and stayed at this hotel near the Batman airport. The place is always clean and the staff was so helpful as I had made a mistake in my reservation. Nurşen and Serhat at the front desk took care of us and even upgraded our rooms for free. Thank you! We will always remember your smiling faces and excellent service!

Ve en onemlisi resepsiyon, bu kadar kotu check out olamaz. 3 kisi belli ki hepsi yeni eleman, hicbir sey bilmiyorlar 15 dk bekledildim. Resepsiyon muduru faturami emaile gondeririz dedi, gondermedi. Sonrasında aradim email gelmedigini belirttim, gondericez dedi ve yine gelmedi.

Merhaba Otel konum olarak şehir merkezine uzak.Yeni bir otel olduğu için odalar genel anlamda temiz fakat hala inşaat kokusu var. Çok büyük bütçelerle devasa oteller yapılıyor fakat işletme tam bir fiyasko.Otoparktan otele çıkmak için araç yolundan yürüyerek çıktım.Otoparka otel giriş levhası koymak kimsenin aklına gelmemiş.
