Well located hotel central to our requirements. Staff from reception, general manager, guest relation were all extremely warm, friendly, welcoming and hospitable. Merve was super helpful whilst checking out. We shall return back to Ramada Batman again. This was a family trip and we have good experience with this hotel chain.

Hello, the hotel is far from the city center. Since it is a new hotel, the rooms are generally clean, but there is still a construction smell. Huge hotels are built with very large budgets, but the business is a complete fiasco. I walked up the road to get to the hotel from the parking lot. No one thought of putting a hotel entrance sign in the parking lot.

It is a hotel that I come to regularly for business trips. The hotel staff, rooms, food, activity areas, and attention to detail are truly excellent. I have never encountered anything negative. This is a hotel I will stay at again and again from now on.

We enjoyed it as a family with its wonderful restaurant, spa area and rich open buffet breakfast, where everything was considered from the entrance to the exit. Thank you to all the staff for their attention and friendly service. Hope to see you again in our next stay.

Konaklamamdan son derece memnun kaldım. Otel temiz, konforlu ve merkezi bir konumda. Odalar ferah, düzenli temizleniyor ve tüm detaylar düşünülmüş. Kahvaltı yeterince zengin ve her şey taze.
