The hotel was definitely overwhelmed with being full on the days we stayed. The room service was quite slow.
They were trying their hardest to be responsive, but didn't seem like they were adequately staffed.
The pool looked terrible and we certainly kept the kids away from it.It's a nice place rooms are clean. Towels need to be replaced they were yellowish stained or smelled oily probably used in spa. Otherwise no complaints. Hot water available all the time. Buffet is decent for the price. Car Parking adequate. We used the connecting double bedroom 2 rooms for 4 people - balcony views are limited there was a house next to us in first floor. No valley view.

A decent option given the lack of quality resorts at Yelagiri. But the overall experience has to go a lot up.
Food can be better at the restaurant, breakfast buffet has good options, but lunch/dinner buffet menu is relatively limited.
Swimming pool can be matained better, but otherwise the activities options are good enough.

Visited this place ***** with my family on December month, good to stay this hotel. Compared to others Sterling resorts this hotel is small property, Anyway, Accomodation, food and good house keeping all are good. Budget friendly in Yelagiri.

The experience was really awesome, we enjoyed the indoor and outdoor games a lot. The room was very neat and tidy, thanks to Valarmathi and Kimi for making it and a special thanks to Sanjiv and Abinaya who made our dinner party very very special. Thanks a lot for a wonderful experience team keep rocking

We had a short trip to Yelagiri on the 2nd of October. I am sharing my experiences as below. Hits: Excellent service delivered by ever smiling and friendly support staff. Rooms are clean and spacious with good views. We had an opportunity to interact with Ms. Parvathi and Ms. Valarmathi and found them to be very helpful and friendly. We had an amazing dinner that was tasty and served swiftly. Misses: We had an unwelcoming check-in experience by Mr.Pratheesh. We initially thought he was having a stressful day but we noticed him again in the reception, having a rude conversation with his subordinates. My suggestion is that, constructive feedback should be done in private but not in the reception. A tip for travellers is that, please do not judge the friendliness of this property by this person alone as the other staff are super friendly.
