It's a very old hotel, so there are problems with the heating and cooling systems. Fortunately, there was no smell in the bedding.

It's an old hotel. It's worn out and even the wallpaper has stains. It's too old and they haven't improved the facilities. It's a good price and location, so I can forgive the poor facilities for one night, but not more than that. I wouldn't recommend it unless you're looking for a cheap place to stay.
