The hotel room is big and spacious, with one queen and one single bed. The appliances in the room are very new. It’s very much like a studio apartment but not allowed to cook. The location is perfect, short walk within the marina area, 2km to Changdu island and convention hall.
What I didn’t like was the lack of amenities. They only provide SMALL towels for guests but stating that it’s government regulations restricting on one time used items. It’s BS, if you can provide small towels, then you should provide big towels. They are not one time use items.
They also don’t provide instant coffee nor tea. We have to get it at CU or GS25 ourselves.

Very basic apartment, there is no attraction nearby but there is restaurant within walking distance. The breakfast will send to your doorstep every morning.

Ungcheon is Yeosu's new town. It was a clean and great place to rest, with a view of the ocean in the front and a park in the back. I'm satisfied and plan to visit again.

Best value for money
I went in the winter and the room was so warm
I almost died from the heatㅎ
There was a computer so I could do simple paperwork

The accommodation was very clean and nice, and
it was a studio, so the washing machine and refrigerator were big, which was nice.
However, I wasn't familiar with the surrounding area, so it was hard to find a restaurant.
It seemed like it would be hard to get around without a car.
The accommodation and the quiet surroundings were good for the price,
I like quiet places,
so it would be good for a quiet family unit or long-term stay.

쉬면서 일해야해서 웅천쪽 레지던스 숙박만 몇번째인 사람임. 근처 숙소 다 써봐서 하는 얘긴데 여기 꼭 업체써서 냄새 잡으셔야 함. 조리와 세탁을 다 써야하는 나름 다박이었는데 아마도 조리때문인지 저층을 배정받음. 하수 냄새가 너무 심해 방을 한번 바꿨음(응대나 조치 빨랐고 서비스는 나무랄데 없음. 일정 중간 청소 서비스 최고) 하지만 새로 바꾼 방도 샤워한번 했더니 냄새가 엄청 올라옴. 그래서 근처 슈퍼에서 방향제 사서 화장실에 놓고 숙박했음; 호텔이든 레지던스든 내가 쓴돈 이상 무리한 요구 하고 싶지않고 싸게 얻은 숙소라 그냥 지내고 말았음.
여기는 일하시는 분들이 빈틈없이 깨끗하게 관리하는게 보여서 욕하고 싶지는 않지만-냄새는 심각하게 받아들여야 하는 문제임. 요새 냄새 나는 숙소가 어딨냐 이거임. 숙박비를 좀 올리시고 이 냄새 문제만 잡으면 전국 최상이 될거임

숙소는 깨끗하지만 세면대가 막혀있고 1층이 아직 비어있는 곳이 많아 적적합니다.

비지니스룸 트윈배드 숙박하였는데, 모두 만족입니다.
침대 사이 가림막이 특히 인상적이었으며, 욕실 및 내부 인테리어도 훌륭하였습니다.
편의시설은 1박인 관계로 활용치 못하였으나, 다음에는 비지니스센터를 이용해 보려합니다.
식사는 조식 2인 1세트로 치아바타 센드위치 제공으로 양과 질 모두 좋았으나,
간단한 한식도 포함 되면 좋을 듯합니다.
한가지 아쉬운점은 저녁시간이 지나 도착시 주변 음식점이 문을 일짝 닫는 편이라
메뉴선택에 제한이 있는 것이었습니다.
룸인테리어 및 세탁기,냉장고등의 편의시설이 장기 출장시 활용도가 좋을 듯 잘 준비 되어있습니다

방안에 음식냄새가 무슨일(다른데서 유입된듯해서 한참 환기함)...또 침대보 락스냄새 매쾌해서 두통.... 지난번 방 두개 숙소가 좋았어서 재방문했는데 이번 트윈베드숙소는 별로였어요!
