The resort ambiance was good, food served was fresh and good, staff behaviour was good, only the superior room provided on the ground floor was not maintained properly there were seepage on the wall which made the room smell really bad, no outside light source in the room , bathroom shower was not working, toiletries were not provided completely, also no provision for making tea or coffee at room.

The stay was awesome. Rooms n bathrooms were clean. A perfect place to stay for family. Staffs were friendly n helpful. Food is little expensive. Buffet could have more items for the cost. The morning complementary buffet was excellent though.

Such a wonderful experience at the property. Right from welcoming till checkout, every single thing was fabulous ! Stuffs were really courteous. All the amenities specially the room, ambiance, location and the food was really nice. A great stay !

Visited during Oct 2024. Flexible check in n check out timings. Room is spacious and Resort ambient looks good. Provided nice hospitality. Campfire experience is peaceful. Food had good taste. Suitable for all group of people (Family, couples, Friends, Solo)

Located in the heart of Yercaud, this is an all-around excellent place to stay. There are numerous tidy rooms to select from. For a tourist location, the food is really good. They had a well-curated menu for lunch and dinner, and breakfast felt like home cooking. Employees are friendly and courteous.

Rooms need maintanence. Cracked floors, cockroach and other insects, toilet is not clean. Water pressure is very slow in tap and shower made me to vacate a day bfr.

Room's is very cleaning and toilet also very cleaning. Big size room's satisfied stay Restaurant Also very good & food's taste wise wonderful.
