Aspar Boutique Hotel

Very cozy hotel in the center of Yerevan. I slept so good. The staff is amazing and the interior yard deserves a couple of hours of your time there

an ideal hotel for a family holiday, clean rooms, kitchen and breakfast, the staff is also very friendly, helped organize tours and transfers. thank you for a wonderful time in Armenia! there is a beautiful garden and two entrances to the hotel, one from the bottom, if you have heavy bags, it is better to enter from the second option

I don't understand the good ratings of this mediocre hotel. I spent 4 nights here and didn't like it at all. 1. I booked a superior room, but they gave me a small standard room. When I complained, the horrible lady at the reception didn't care at all, blaming *********** for the fault (which clearly wasn't true). 2. The hotel is dirty and doesn't get cleaned properly. The daily room cleaning only consisted of changing towels. Sometimes there wasn't even toilet paper! 3. most of the staff is super unfriendly, untrained and they hang around all day just smoking and doing nothing. Clearly they don't care about anything. If I were the owner, I would replace the cleaning lady and the lady at the reception immediately! 4. They did my laundry and, as everything else, it was done very poorly. I got my clothes back unfolded, not ironed and they were still half wet! Truly unbelievable! 5. Be prepared to be woken up every time someone enters or leaves through the main door, as the door gets slammed heavily. This hotel is very poorly run and far away from their self proclaimed 4 stars, it's more likely to be a basic 2 star budget hotel. I recommend to avoid this hotel, I didn't feel welcome here.
