I like this hotel very much. It's cheap and good. I charged about 170 Hong Kong dollars to stay alone. The room has a terrace and a table. The space is very large. I think the price is very cheap. I highly recommend staying there.

The hotel name is Europe but Asian guests are also welcomed, as I saw Vietnamese or Chinese guests were staying. The room is quite nice and comfortable, bed quality is good and comfy, bathroom is clean, the breakfast is simple but the quality of the each item is nice and has a good combination of nutrition altogether. Hotel clerks are kind, polite and attentive. It is very good hotel and I had pleasant experience.

This hotel is close to the Yerevan Large Steps and has a good location, but the block is an old block, the night lights are dim, and there is a subway passing through the hotel underground, every time the subway passes, there is noise. Others, such as breakfast, front desk clerk service, etc., are quite good.
A great hotel near the Republic Square. All the sights of Yerevan Center, shops, restaurants. The hotel is very pleasant, authentic old Yerevan building. Excellent rooms and service. Bar, restaurant, small swimming pool. Breakfast is quite diverse. Of the downsides : insufficient lighting for shaving in the bathroom( but this is a habitual thing) .
Pros:
1) large area
2) amazing view from the window
3) a nice terrace where you can sit in the fresh air.
Minuses:
1) Can’t pick up WiFI in the bedroom
2) There are no accessories for brushing teeth, apparently because this is not a hotel
3) The elevator shaft was behind the bedroom wall and the elevator mechanism was loudly heard all night, I had to sleep on the sofa.
4) When I checked in, they said the roof was undergoing repairs. But it turned out there was a full-fledged construction going on there with perforation, demolition of structures and construction of new ones. It was impossible to listen to the sound of a hammer drill all day and demolishing walls; even the sofa and table vibrated. The work has just begun, so I highly recommend the 12th floor in the near future (unless of course you come just to sleep).
The hotel chose by chance, it was necessary to settle in this area and there was no time for careful study. As a result, better than hoped. The room is not small, the location is successful, a couple of good food and a 24-hour exchange. Of the downsides: uncomfortable, pretty narrow beds and lack of a basic teapot. The latter is explained by apparently active snacking for breakfast and lunch during the settlement. A good middleman, suited for long stay, especially if the back doesn 't get sick of hard cushions.
It is a relatively good hotel in the area. It is relatively clean and the staff are quite enthusiastic. The bar on the 16th floor is quite noisy on Saturday night.

AAlexandre L.Everything was great. Very central location, the staff is helpful and speaks English (front desk), descent breakfast. The room is comfortable, just the walls are a little thin maybe.
CCherryzhuzhudelvchengThe hotel lobby is spacious and clean, and the Christmas tree is already being decorated! The room is large, the ceiling is very high, and the sanitation is also clean. The air conditioner is actually Gree, which is a bit unexpected 😳 The sockets in the room can be used directly, and there is no need for a converter, which is rare, providing convenience for us Chinese tourists! The hotel is very close to the train station, and there is also a subway at the train station. Just take two stops to the Republic Square! But the hotel is about ten minutes away from the train station, 800 meters in a straight line.
The disadvantage is that the room is not soundproof. The music and talking in the next room at night affect my rest and sleep well. Then before 8 o'clock in the morning, the upstairs and the corridor started to ding, and I couldn't sleep. The hotel is located along the street. Don't stay in the room on the road. The traffic is even noisier! Fortunately, the price is not expensive and affordable! But I still changed the hotel to stay on the Republic Square the next day, mainly because of the sound insulation problem of this hotel!
HHasmikThis is my second review for this hotel, first one is that they send us to other hotel, but after returning here the next day almost everything was fine, room was super pretty, had a small balcony and a window, small kitchen even microwave, it was new and clean, shower was fine, staff was friendly, manager treated us with wine and fruits. Only minus was the poor breakfast that we were unable to digest first 2 days then didn't eat at all and that during one week stay they never changed our bedsheets...overall experience was good, thanks for your effort and please improve we will come again.
GGuest UserExcellent hotel in the very center of the city. The staff is attentive and responsive, all questions and problems are solved quickly and efficiently. Located on the 7-10 floors of the building. Rooms for every taste from a hostel to apartments. Very clean everywhere. Good full breakfast including scrambled eggs and omelette. Convenient coworking area and dining area where you can take a break and/or work. We stayed in an apartment on the 10th floor, large and spacious. The room had robes and slippers, which was very nice, a full kitchen, large living room and bedroom. Designed for 4 people. Literally around the corner from the hotel there is a supermarket and even a 24-hour supermarket 250 meters away. There are many different restaurants, cafes, taverns, etc. around.
AAr JayIt’s outside the city center so it’s far from attractions. A 20-30min Metro ride to the center. No nearby restaurants. You have to go to the Yerevan Mall or the Yerevan Market to get food. It’s a bit of a walk, 15mins. But there is one small convenience store in fron of the hotel. Room is spacious. It’s like a studio apartment. Very big for one person. Breakfast is buffet style, but not too great. Hotel staffs are accommodating. He helped me get a Taxi going to the airport.
DDmitry PodkolzinNot bad location. There is a good food court within a five minute walk. Clear enough room. Very quick check-in/check-out process. But: no cleaning room service; very noisy (road noise, poor sound insulation); sometimes there is no hot water or it is lukewarm, it is impossible to take a shower (we stayed there in winter time); the room smells a bit like sewage; no teapots in the rooms
YYahui^_^The room is OK, big enough for two beds, the facilities are relatively new, the environment is good, it is a bit far from the subway entrance, transportation is mainly by taxi, there are no buses passing by, but it is possible to walk to the nearby attractions, which is not very far, just about one or two or three kilometers. The service feels very good. There is no hair dryer in the room, which is a bit regrettable, but later I asked them to send an electric hair dryer
GGuest UserHygiene: clean
Service: Very good, there are people to help with things
Environment: very good
The boss is also very kind to people, helping to take taxis and exchange money. They are all helpful when asking for directions and are very welcoming to everyone who comes.
RRachelGuildfordThe lady at the front desk was very welcoming and pretty. She fed us fruits when we checked in. The location is excellent and you can reach the surrounding attractions on foot. The room decoration is a bit old, but it is acceptable.
EEVGENIIgood location, good room for the money, looks like new, clean, staff good, the room only had 2 outlets and no fridge, but to spend one night is a good option
The average price for hotels in Yerevan is AED 307 on weekdays, and AED 304 on weekends (Friday-Saturday).
