從前台到客房到餐廳所有服務人員都很熱情，有問必答，積極幫助解決問題，老闆很親切！可以釣魚！酒店門前有觀光車可以詢問好價格前往太行水鎮，易水湖景區，環湖路等景區。酒店的湖景房視野好，酒店的風景不錯，也配有小小朋友室外活動的場地，有卡拉ok，乒乓球桌。酒店訂房含早餐，早餐簡單，中餐晚餐單點。總體來説不錯！

這次住在易水湖一蘭閣湖景酒店體會很多，剛入住前台服務員非常熱情，幫着拿行李，我們定的是湖景房，每晚277元，價格不便宜，本想應該不錯的，但進房間後才看到所有設施都太老了，插座根本充不上電，衞生間異味大，且淋浴設備也壞了並且放了好長時間水也不熱，還有飯菜價格高，最重要的是早點衹有慢頭，每人一個雞蛋，不知道是什麼麪熬的粥，太讓人失望了，這早餐配不上這房價呀，承興而來掃興而歸

非常非常非常滿意！
國慶期間突發奇想出去玩，早上臨時訂的酒店，別的酒店都訂滿了基本上，偶然看見這個酒店還剩餘兩間，就趕緊定了。
路上還在忐忑不知道酒店環境怎麼樣，酒店在山上，上山的時候有點點饒，到了之後很讓我驚喜！
前台小哥人很熱情，告訴我們遊玩的路線，辦理入住也很快！
進了房間，陽光灑滿整個房間，還能看見美麗的湖景！很驚喜，這個價格超值！酒店還配置了餐廳，有早餐，要知道我看了這很多酒店，含早餐的很少。而且我們中晚飯都是在這吃的，方便而且味道很不錯。尤其晚餐，我們從太行水鎮回來比較晚了，提前跟酒店打招呼了，他們也很nice，留飯到很晚，考慮到很晚，天氣很冷，有個很小的baby，酒店人員還幫忙把餐送到房間，真的超級感動😹。
船票也是酒店幫忙代訂的，告知了去碼頭的路線，離酒店很近，走路十分鐘。
一開始糾結去太行水鎮是走路去還是自駕去，自駕發現好堵，酒店幫忙叫了擺渡車，擺渡車大哥人也很好，返程沒等人滿，直接就帶我們就去了。
總之，好評好評，還會推薦別的朋友去的。

房間設施略舊，但維護的還可以。與周邊其他酒店和民宿相比，性價比高。
服務熱情，遇到問題都會很快解決。
湖景無敵，早飯也不錯。樓下支着幾個大鍋不知道在燉啥，這次沒吃上有點遺憾，下回來一定嚐嚐。
易水湖很美，附近的太行水鎮很好吃哈哈哈。估計還會來。

酒店在山上，開車有點費事，但是停車方便，對面就是易水湖，很漂亮；酒店有餐食但是不太推薦，有點貴。整體還算體驗不錯，價格便宜，性價比高。
