The Homestay is part of a store with costume rentals situated immediately after crossing the picturesque bridge into the village.
Although it calls itself a “homestay”, please note that it does not provide for any breakfasts nor does it have any food services.
Room is large with comfortable bedding’s and overlook the lake.
The village itself a small enough so one can wander around very easily.
The area around Hongcun has grown so large over the years such that if you arrive by public bus, it is a fair walk distance from the drop off point to the village.

The location of the B&B is very good. It is only a few minutes away from the south gate of the scenic spot. It is also right by the South Lake. You can enjoy the scenery of South Lake when you go out. Although the room rate included the Hanfu experience, I wasn’t too interested so I didn’t experience it.
