從細節處見服務。如圖6老闆特意在空調下面安了個掛衣架，方便客人晚上用空調吹人的同時可以吹衣服毛巾。圖3是涼台公共區域洗衣機烘衣機，還有專門給客人晾曬的地方，晾曬區域還搭了棚子，防止下雨淋濕了衣物，老闆想得太周到了。圖4就在洗衣晾曬區旁邊，可以喝茶聊天欣賞屋頂風景（圖5）。圖1、2是小朋友玩的滑滑梯，晚上我們在這裏看天上的星星。唯一不足之處就是房間裏沒有全身鏡，女生不夠用。

時隔數年，再次入住，房間温馨舒適，乾淨衞生，屋頂新添了露台，風景絕佳，停車方便，老闆親自指揮停車，服務很周到，價格不貴👍

離宏村走路五分鐘就到了，情侶出遊訂的170的雙床房！總結：乾濕分離做的不到位，洗完澡水很容易帶出來，拖鞋沒有一次性的，都是別人穿過的接着穿，床有點感覺潮濕，床品也不是很好，被子偏硬不好拉（也有可能是天氣的原因濕氣重）性價比偏低！

酒店離景區很近走走五六分鐘，門口也有免費停車位，周邊餐飲購物方便。客房設施齊全，安靜舒適，衞生乾淨，服務不錯。

我從黃山過來，路上我包車的師傅推薦民宿，我説訂了尚客優，他就説怎麼怎麼不好啊什麼的，還説離宏村多遠多遠，實際離西門走路就幾分鐘啊！其實我有看過介紹啊，挺好的，我實際入住也覺得挺好的。晚上八點多好像是老闆自己在前台，不知道跑對面幹嘛去了，喊一聲就來了。

這次來黃山和宏村玩，住的很好，也方便，門口有車位，我們這次是坐高鐵過來，酒店還安排到宏村公交車站接我們，真暖心，最要點讚的是樓頂有洗衣機可以曬衣服，真方便，正好黃山下來可以把衣服洗洗曬曬，推薦大家過來住哦！
