This Grand Mercure Hotel on the Bund must be the best hotel in Yichang! Ctrip ranking should be the first! The front desk service is warm ❤️ Breakfast is rich in variety! The most important thing is that there is a constant temperature swimming pool, hot spring pool and children's paddling pool, which is very suitable for family stay! The five-night stay was very comfortable. The floor-to-ceiling windows in the room offer a 360-degree view of the beautiful Yangtze River and mountains without any obstructions. It is especially beautiful when the weather is clear and the sun is shining. The hotel is in a good location, about ten minutes away from the high-speed rail station, and diagonally opposite is the Three Gorges Visitor Center. The room of more than 40 square meters is also very spacious, clean and tidy. The overall service of the waiters is very enthusiastic. The only name I can remember is Xiaotian at the front desk. I will continue to choose this hotel next time I come to Yichang.

Due to the night club on the 2nd floor, the lifts sometimes you may get a strong smoke smell. The night club entrance is exposed to passengers if the lift door is open, the night club environment is not suitable for children to see if you travel with family. Facilities are old but clean, good location. Housekeeping teams are good, but the front desk needs more training. Overall, Ramada CBD is still a good choice if you are looking for international chains with certain service standards.

First I want to tell the staff how much I appreciate them. I accidentally left my sling bag at the front desk, absent-mindedly, and they kept it safe till the next morning. This speaks volumes to the quality of the staff. Thank you so much! I think the newly renovated rooms are clean, well maintained, and smoke-free. The size is small and the views are not great but for the price, I will never actually complain. It is a better bang for your buck than most other hotels in the area. I highly recommend this hotel.

Service of the Front desk reception was Very Unfriendly and unhelpful with ”I don't Care a Damn” attitude especially the evening staff who was more interested in playing on their phones rather than attending to me even after requesting them in Chinese. Even morning staff did not help when I asked them to help me to book a taxi as I was running short of time to catch my scheduled train. They asked me wait outside and find a taxi myself. Had to navigate myself. No breakfast available even though it was advertised that breakfast could be brought by paying the breakfast charge and No one to tell me the same. Location was Ok and not too far from the CBD or city centre. Right side of the corner had some amenities and stationary like pen, paper cup, hand wipes. Barring the service of the hotel staff, the price of the Room and hotel location were Ok.

Very good Hotel with really everything. Many things in the spaceous room like earplugs, water, shoes, tea and more. There is even a room with a washing maschine and a dryer which can be used for free. Good, fine breakfast. Great shower! Would defenetly come again. Really good for the price! If you want to book a room with view to the nice bridge think also about the big street im front which is not so quiet. But the view is great.

Diagonally across from the hotel is the Railwayba Snack Street. There are a lot of delicacies inside, and they taste very good. Dumplings, a specialty of Yichang, are really good. They are crispy on the outside and glutinous on the inside. They taste great and are cool. Shrimp, also very good. The hotel's service is very enthusiastic.
