設施：確實是百分百驚喜，沒想到在壩區能有這麼棒的一家民宿，有非常正規的專屬停車場，酒店從外觀到內部，從公區到電梯，從餐廳到房間，無疑都是百分百用心做了的，天九房間窗户正對大壩，非常棒。淋浴和馬桶都好用
衞生：乾淨整潔，贈送了一次性毛巾和麪膜，謝馥春的護膚品也很贊。
環境：外部環境一流，正對大壩，可以看到夜裡的大壩和第一屢晨曦。
服務：為店家用心服務點贊，因為堵車我們快凌晨才抵達，店家已經貼心打開暖氣，送了歡迎水果，看到我們有長者還特意問了被子是否暖和，第二天早餐還特意按我們需求調整，還發了自駕停車遊大壩的具體地址，滿意。

對於做服務行業的我來説它家的服務真的是 10 分，超乎想象的貼心，我們當天很晚才到，店家居然安排廚師加班等我們到了給我們做菜，到了以後還是挺感動的，早餐又給我們加量了，又幫我們端進房間裏面，又幫訂景區票，幫安排了包車，反正人到了以後衹要問了就滿足到，100 分的感受（๑¯◡¯๑）

棒呆棒呆，實在是有點出乎意料的好。
雖然第二天因為起霧沒有看到大壩，但是入住當晚廚師加班等着我們到，飯菜也太好吃了！第二天早上還有早餐，一看就是精心搭配過的，真的很難想象在這個位置可以有如此到位的酒店服務

酒店在一叉路口，一片公共停車場旁。酒店專屬停車位緊臨其邊，開車記得從這口進出（圖1）。酒店正面臨路，路有一側是堵帶鐵絲網的圍牆（牆內是大壩管制區），還有高壓電線桿，越過圍牆，即可望見大壩（圖4）。酒店背後是一個村填及村前廣場（圖5），周邊步行範圍少有店鋪（所以最好酒店內用餐）。二層平台有一泳池，一桌球桌，在這眺望大壩、娛樂都是極好的。酒店內部如各好評所述，很出色。冬季暖空調熱氣足，淋浴熱水量大。服務員態度十分熱情。早餐配餐制，晚餐需預訂，出品都不錯。大壩區適合自駕的推薦民宿。

到達民宿後的第一感受是裝修設計真不錯，審美非常在線，員工們的服務態度用熱情似火來形容絲毫不為過，房間內的硬件的軟件都用了非常好的材料，實屬罕見。還放置了許多免費的一次性用品，超級貼心。床上用品都很好，我一覺睡了十二個小時。建議訂這裏的客人都去嘗試一下民宿的餐廳，真的很不錯！不僅好吃，擺盤好看，且價格合適。最後真的非常感謝小姜和其他小姐姐的服務！！

酒店位置佳，門口就是大壩，全台小姐姐很貼心，看有小寶寶直接給我們升級了家庭房。房間還加了服務羣，及時迴應問題，投影直接有vip,有孩子喜歡看的很開心，早餐也很豐盛美味！
