酒店能不能換個前台，我真是服了
辦理入住的那天前台就在一直跟一個人扯皮，晚上11點多我們等辦理入住還辦了好久，另一個人一直催促她先給我們辦入住。
今天打電話要求開票，這麼簡單的事情説了5分鐘還沒理清，這應該就是花費功夫把自己搞得很忙，還效率極其低下的
