The room was very unhygienic, the toilet paper was dirty and wet and dried again, and there was cigarette ash in the toilet. I called the front desk and told me that the cleaning staff was off duty and couldn't clean, and asked me to go down and get a roll of paper. Three minutes after I checked in with my child, I asked if it was Ctrip or Dongcheng that complained. Then they told me to change a room and emphasized again that I should go down and apply for a room change card. Did I say there are no robots in the hotel? Can't you send it up? It's a room problem that requires customers to run up and down! Later, I reluctantly asked the security guard to give me the room card. There was no apology from the beginning to the end. 地理位置優越，離萬達廣場和三峽遊客中心較近，性價比好。2月4日晚上8點在班和2月7日白班前台女服務人員（同一個人）對顧客態度冷淡、生硬，感覺酒店的生意跟她沒有什麼關係。相反酒店的一位王姓男經理主動幫客人移車、聯繫票務、解決問題，感覺良好，我們又續住了兩天。
